As you flow through your practice, alpacas graze and wander nearby, bringing a sense of calm, joy, and connection with nature. Candice Williams is a certified yoga teacher whose personal transformation inspires everyone she meets. Once weighing nearly 500 pounds, she lost almost 300 through determination, movement, and mindfulness. Yoga became the practice that not only strengthened her body but also brought light, joy, and balance into her life. Today, she shares that same positivity and welcoming spirit in every alpaca yoga class—helping students connect with themselves, nature, and a few furry friends along the way.
